Information we collect

- Technical information: our hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs to deliver and protect the website.
- Follow-up information: details you provide when discussing a potential engagement or requesting information about our services or platforms.
Please avoid including confidential client information, credentials, or sensitive personal data in an initial website enquiry.
How the enquiry form works
The current contact form prepares a draft in your email application. It does not submit the form contents to Qonsult through a website backend. You must add a recipient, review the draft, and send it. We receive the information only if you send it to us. Your email provider handles the draft and transmission under its own terms.
How we use personal data
We use information to respond to enquiries, discuss requirements, arrange requested meetings or demonstrations, and manage related business correspondence. We may also process information to maintain and secure the website, investigate misuse, meet legal obligations, and establish or defend legal claims.
Where consent is required, we will obtain it for the relevant purpose. We may otherwise process information where applicable law permits. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Microsoft Clarity and cookie choices
With your permission, we use Microsoft Clarity for analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings to understand navigation, identify usability issues, and improve this website. Clarity may process browser and device details, IP address and approximate location, pages visited, interactions, and pseudonymous identifiers. The enquiry form is explicitly masked to prevent its contents from appearing in recordings.
Clarity is loaded only after you select “Allow”. If you decline, we do not load Clarity or send it cookieless analytics. Our Clarity integration requests analytics storage only; advertising storage is denied.
You can revisit your choice using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing permission stops Clarity on subsequent page loads and clears its first-party cookies on this site. It does not automatically delete information already collected. Contact privacy@qonsult.systems with requests about that information.

Sharing and overseas processing
We may share personal data with providers supporting hosting, email, security, and business communications; professional advisers where necessary; and authorities where legally required. Information may also be disclosed in connection with a business transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data.
Providers and personnel supporting an enquiry may process data outside Singapore. Where applicable, overseas transfers must be subject to safeguards that provide protection comparable to the requirements of Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act.
Retention and security
We retain personal data for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected and for applicable business, contractual, or legal requirements. Information should be deleted or anonymised when those purposes no longer apply.

Other rights may apply depending on your location and applicable law. We may need sufficient information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records.
Requests are subject to applicable legal requirements and exceptions. If withdrawing consent affects our ability to respond to you or provide a requested service, we will explain the consequences. You may also raise concerns with the relevant data-protection authority, including Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Commission.
